Nicola Wood -Vibrations bark cloth FABRIC PANEL cut from larger design
Rare to find, this has lost slight colour but is still an Iconic, vibrant cloth to preserve
a very striking and dramatic design called 'Vibration' by Nicola Wood and designed in 1964. Nicola (born 1936) attended Southport School of Art and Manchester College of Art where she graduated with First Class Honours in Textile Design. She arrived at The Royal College of Art in 1957. She studied at the same time as Zandra Rhodes, Derick Boshier, Pauline Boty destined to be icons of the Pop Art movement, Patrick Caulfield, David Hockney, and Jane Percival were also classmates and friends.
